About the Job

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Conveyancing Assistant to join our team at Ideal Personnel & Recruitment Solutions Limited. This exciting opportunity involves providing administrative support to our family department, working in a hybrid environment that combines office and remote working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records;
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and Courts to ensure seamless communication and resolution;
  • Process and manage case files, ensuring compliance with procedures and deadlines;
  • Provide administrative support to the family department, including diary management and document preparation;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders;
  • Utilize technology, such as Case Management Systems and Microsoft Office, to enhance productivity and efficiency;
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects and deadlines;
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment;
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
  • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the family department.
About the Benefits
