Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in Elderly Care: Previous experience working in elderly care, including caring for patients with Alzheimer's and other dementia-related conditions.
- Knowledge of Regulatory Requirements: Familiarity with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and standards.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Initiative and Adaptability: Ability to work independently and use own initiative, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing patient needs.
- Commitment to Continuing Professional Development: Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth, staying current with industry developments and best practices.
