Person Specification

We are looking for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in primary care. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate diploma or degree in Advanced Practice, as well as experience in chronic disease management and prescribing. They will also have a broad knowledge of clinical governance and be able to work within their own scope of practice.
