About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Lewes Superstore. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that our shoppers have a positive and memorable experience in our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and that the store is well-stocked.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that the store looks its best at all times.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets, promoting products and services to customers and providing recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
