We are looking for a highly skilled Compensation Benefits Specialist to join our team and contribute to our success.

Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring it remains competitive and aligned with our business goals.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and implementing a total compensation and benefits package that meets our strategic objectives.
  • Maintaining relationships with external providers to ensure seamless benefits administration.
  • Assisting the HR Director in developing a compensation philosophy that reflects our company values.

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience in international Reward and Benefits environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and benefits administration platforms.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 per annum
