Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the HR Director to develop a consistent compensation philosophy aligned with our company culture and organizational objectives.
  • Design fit-for-purpose reward packages for acquired employees in the UK and overseas, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
  • Evaluate salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits, and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
