Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Employee Benefits Manager to join our team at Heat Recruitment Ltd. As a Benefits Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our Corporate Consultants with Group Risk products, Medical benefits, and Pension products for corporate clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a portfolio of corporate clients.
  • Providing exceptional support and building strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Liaising with third-party vendors and product providers.
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and FCA guidelines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in Employee Benefits or Corporate Administration.
  • A genuine interest in Workplace Employee Benefits.
  • Proven ability to provide high-quality support and build client relationships.
  • CII qualifications are highly valued.
  • Experience using IT systems and software.

Salary and Benefits
