Employee Benefits Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Employee Benefits Manager to join our team at Heat Recruitment Ltd. As a Benefits Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our Corporate Consultants with Group Risk products, Medical benefits, and Pension products for corporate clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a portfolio of corporate clients.
- Providing exceptional support and building strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Liaising with third-party vendors and product providers.
- Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and FCA guidelines.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in Employee Benefits or Corporate Administration.
- A genuine interest in Workplace Employee Benefits.
- Proven ability to provide high-quality support and build client relationships.
- CII qualifications are highly valued.
- Experience using IT systems and software.
Salary and Benefits
