About Our Team

We are a friendly and dynamic team, committed to supporting each other and delivering exceptional results. As a Payroll Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes and contribute to the development of our compensation and benefits strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data for c500 employees
  • Manage new starter and leaver processes, contractual changes, maternity and paternity leave, and benefits administration
  • Produce payroll analytics to inform wider HR decisions
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards Manager on planning and implementation of benefit plans and well-being initiatives

What You'll Get

We offer a competitive salary of £35-38,000, plus a 10% bonus, Bupa private health insurance, pension with 6% employer contribution, free parking, gym on-site, and 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will also receive 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
