Benefits Administrator Professional

We are seeking a skilled Benefits Administrator Professional to support our Corporate Consultants with Group Risk products, Medical benefits, and Pension products for corporate clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain a portfolio of corporate clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact with corporate clients.
- Liaise with third-party vendors and product providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Update client information in internal CRM systems.
- E nsure compliance with data protection regulations and FCA guidelines.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in Employee Benefits or Corporate Administration.
- A genuine interest in Workplace Employee Benefits.
- Proven ability to provide high-quality support and build client relationships.
- CII qualifications are highly valued.
- Experience using IT systems and software.
