Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Benefits Administrator Professional to support our Corporate Consultants with Group Risk products, Medical benefits, and Pension products for corporate clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a portfolio of corporate clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with corporate clients.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors and product providers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Update client information in internal CRM systems.
  • E nsure compliance with data protection regulations and FCA guidelines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in Employee Benefits or Corporate Administration.
  • A genuine interest in Workplace Employee Benefits.
  • Proven ability to provide high-quality support and build client relationships.
  • CII qualifications are highly valued.
  • Experience using IT systems and software.
