Job Description
The Payroll Officer (Hybrid) role involves administering payroll processes for approximately 500 employees, ensuring accuracy of data for use with external providers. This includes responsibility for new starters, leavers, contractual changes, maternity and paternity leave, and benefits administration.
You will produce insightful payroll analytics to inform wider HR decisions and assist the Total Rewards Manager in developing compensation and benefits strategies. You will also stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices, collaborating with the Total Rewards Manager on planning and implementation of benefit plans and well-being initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of previous payroll experience, preferably in-house from a large business
- Possess intermediate Excel skills, including V lookups and pivot tables
- SAP experience is desirable but not essential
What We Offer
The Payroll Officer (Hybrid) role offers a competitive salary of £35-38,000, plus a 10% bonus, Bupa private health insurance, pension with 6% employer contribution, free parking, gym on-site, and 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will receive 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
