Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our dedicated team at Fed Group, where we prioritize excellence in client service. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' payroll needs.
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately processing client payrolls on both a weekly and monthly basis. Key duties include:
- Setting up and managing new payroll accounts with precision.
- Efficiently processing starters and leavers to minimize disruptions.
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory filing deadlines, thereby maintaining our excellent reputation.
- Handling annual P11Ds and employee benefits returns with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Liaising with pension scheme providers to maintain client pension arrangements, ensuring seamless administration.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional numeracy and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and 365.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in finance or a similar payroll role, providing a strong foundation for this position.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Skills: Strong numeracy skills, exceptional attention to detail, tech-savvy with expertise in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365, outstanding organizational skills.
Requirements: Must possess a valid driving license and access to a car, right to work in the UK is mandatory.
