About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Team Administrator to join our Customer Services team. As a key member of the team, you will provide vital support to the operations and customer services team, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Customer Services team in answering incoming telephone calls and emails, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage multiple inboxes, downloading and actioning reports, and liaising with surveyors for inspection orders.
  • Assist with various administration tasks, including creating purchase orders, updating housing management systems, and supporting benefits and universal credit portals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, being proactive and responsive to customer needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in administration or customer service, preferably in a charity or housing organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and housing management software.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a proactive and can-do attitude.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of circa £15.72 per hour, with the opportunity to progress to a permanent position for the right candidate. You will also have the chance to work with a fantastic team in a role where you can make a real difference.

This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week, with a 45-minute lunch break. The role is office-based, located on the outskirts of Cambridge, with free parking.
