We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team, responsible for handling complex employee relations cases, grievance management, and conflict resolution. As part of our forward-thinking company, you will work closely with senior leadership and managers across the business to provide expert guidance and ensure compliance with employment law. This role is critical to maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment where employees feel supported and engaged.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in employee relations and grievance management, with a proven track record of handling high-stakes cases. They will possess strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously is also essential. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £68,000 per annum, a 12-month fixed term contract, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and people-centric organisation that values growth, inclusivity, and exceptional service.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on sensitive HR matters and complex casework.
  • Drive the resolution of disputes and grievances with a focus on fair and consistent outcomes.
