Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and develop the estate agency profile in a designated core area
  • Develop business contacts with local constituencies to drive referrals and network growth
  • Utilize a super hub office nearby to value and convert market appraisal opportunities
  • Oversee instructions to completion, leveraging the support of sales negotiators, sale progression, and admin staff
