Join Our Team as a Spicerhaart Partner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our team as a Spicerhaart Partner. As a Partner, you will have the opportunity to build and develop your own Estate Agency business within our established network.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local clients, generating new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. You will have the flexibility to work from home and in our office, with the support of our experienced team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with local clients and stakeholders
  • Generate new business opportunities through targeted marketing and canvassing
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing team to achieve business goals
  • Manage and develop your own Estate Agency business within our network

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 4 years of Estate Agency experience
  • Strong business development and sales skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
