As a Spicerhaart Partner, you will have the opportunity to build and develop your own estate agency business within a designated core area. With the support of our experienced team and access to cutting-edge technology and marketing tools, you will be able to grow your business and achieve your goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and develop your own estate agency business within a designated core area
  • Develop business contacts with local constituencies to generate referrals and instructions
  • Utilize a super hub office to value and convert market appraisal opportunities
  • Oversee the sale progression and customer journey from instruction to completion

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you will need:

  • At least 4 years of estate agency experience
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
