About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our team as a Partner. As a Partner, you will have the opportunity to build and develop your own Estate Agency business within a designated core area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a business plan to drive sales and growth in your designated area
  • Build and maintain relationships with local property owners, developers, and other stakeholders
  • Utilize our super hub office and sales team to support your business and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage your own diary and provide support to customers at times that suit them

Requirements
  • At least 4 years of Estate Agency experience
  • Strong business development and sales skills
