Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant

Prospero Teaching is seeking a skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in North Winchester.
This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of two children with identified SEN needs, providing tailored support to enhance their educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing 1:1 and shared support to the children, promoting inclusion and engagement in classroom activities.
- Collaborating with the class teacher and SENCo to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs), driving individual progress and development.
- Fostering positive relationships with the children, parents, and colleagues, creating a supportive learning environment.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy, with experience working with children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
The salary range for this role is £18,000 - £25,000 per annum, with part-time or full-time hours available.
