We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Special Needs Transportation Support Assistant. This rewarding role involves transporting children with special educational needs to and from educational settings, providing essential support and care during their daily journeys.

As a Special Needs Transportation Support Assistant, you will play a vital part in enhancing the lives of these children and their families. Your warm and approachable nature will help put them at ease, making each journey a positive experience.

This is a term-time only position, requiring approximately 10-20 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate different routes, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free commute for both you and the children.

No previous qualifications are necessary, just a genuine desire to make a difference. You will receive full training and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role. Our comprehensive induction program will equip you with the knowledge and skills required to excel in this position.

The ideal candidate will be available to start as soon as possible and be based in Hampshire, focusing on areas such as Petersfield, Alton, Bordon, Eastleigh, and Romsey. You will be working with children aged 2-25 with special educational needs, supporting their development and well-being throughout their educational journey.

Your working hours will typically fall between 7:00am and 10:00am, and 2:00pm and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. You will have the benefit of school holidays off and will not need to own or drive a vehicle, as transportation will be arranged for you.

In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary range of £24,027-£24,348 per annum, pro rata. This generous compensation reflects the importance of this role in supporting the most vulnerable members of our community.
