We are recruiting for a Customer Service Consultant within Otley & Ilkley branches.

Job Description:

This part-time role involves working 21 hours across Monday to Saturday to support branch operating hours. You will engage with customers, provide information about our products and services, and proactively identify suitable solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch and over the phone
  • Proactively contact customers to discuss their needs and educate them on our products and services
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure vulnerable customers are identified and supported appropriately
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication, engagement, and listening skills. You should be able to work well with others, handle a wide variety of customers, and adapt to changing business needs.

Benefits:

We offer an annual discretionary bonus scheme, 25 days standard annual leave plus bank holidays, and rising 1 day per year of service to a maximum of 30 days after 5 years. You will also have access to our Lifeworks employee assistance programme and online discount platform.

An estimated salary for this role is £22,464 Pro Rata based on your location and experience.
