Debt Recovery Specialist

Portfolio Credit Control is seeking a skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing debtor relationships and ensuring timely payments.

• Making proactive calls to chase overdue invoices and negotiate payment plans with customers.
• Reconciling accounts and identifying discrepancies to minimize financial losses.
• Billing and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
• Providing exceptional customer service and handling general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and responding to emails.

• Basic knowledge of financial software and systems.
