This newly established division aims to leverage our extensive network and industry expertise to provide innovative leasing solutions to our customers. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Vehicle Leasing Manager to spearhead this division, drive growth, and establish a strong foothold in the leasing market.


 Position Summary

The Vehicle Leasing Manager will play a pivotal role in launching, developing, and managing the company's new vehicle leasing division. This is a unique opportunity to shape the department from the ground up, with responsibilities that span strategic planning, operations, and team building. You will be responsible for creating leasing packages, managing client relationships, optimizing fleet management, and building a high-performing leasing team.


 Key Responsibilities

- Division Development: Develop and implement a strategic plan for the new leasing division, aligning with overall company goals and market demand.

- Fleet Management: Oversee vehicle procurement, fleet maintenance, and asset management, ensuring optimal fleet availability and cost efficiency.

- Client Acquisition & Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including B2B and retail customers. Design leasing solutions tailored to client needs.

- Sales Strategy & Performance: Develop sales and marketing strategies to establish a customer base and drive leasing volumes.

- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a team of leasing professionals. Set performance standards, provide ongoing training, and foster a customer-focused, results-oriented culture.

- Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements within the leasing industry.

- Financial Management: Oversee budget planning, pricing strategies, and financial performance to ensure the division meets profit targets.


 Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a vehicle leasing, fleet management, or automotive-related leadership role, preferably with experience in launching new operations or departments.

- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in building and managing teams, with a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence.

- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the automotive leasing market, including fleet management, leasing agreements, and financial structures.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and negotiate contracts effectively.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in leasing software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
