Job DescriptionThis part-time Supervisor opportunity is available on a 16 hours over 4 days per week contract. As our ideal candidate, you will deliver consistently high levels of customer service, advising on shoe care and accessories to compliment a customer's needs.
Additionally, you will inspire and support your team in creating a customer-first culture, giving genuine, honest, and knowledgeable advice on our products. This role includes a mix of weekend and weekday working, requiring flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain a positive and productive working environment
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.10-£12.35 (dependent on retail induction completion)
