Key Responsibilities:
  • Audio typing and correspondence: Send out letters, emails, faxes, and pass on messages in a timely manner.
  • Document preparation: Prepare and draft documents from audio dictation.
  • Communication: Handle internal and external telephone queries and monitor post and emails.
  • Financial tasks: Prepare bills and assist in the billing process.
  • Legal document preparation: Prepare and amend legal documents such as lease extensions, deeds, completion statements, and Land Registry forms.
