About the Role
We are looking for an RGN qualified Home Manager with extensive experience in caring for older people and a proven track record in leading and managing teams within a Person-centred Care environment. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that we deliver high-quality care that meets the needs of our residents and exceeds their expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote excellence in care delivery
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of care and resident satisfaction
- Contribute to quality assurance activities and participate in service improvement initiatives
