About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Pharmacist to join our team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. As a key member of our clinical pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in leading the development, delivery, and evaluation of clinical pharmacy services across the Trust.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and Medicines Management Technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical pharmacy services.
  • Develop and implement clinical pharmacy standards and quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care.
  • Provide professional expertise, advice, and training to health professionals, patients, and carers to enhance patient outcomes.
