Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide HR support, guidance, and advice to managers and directors, ensuring a positive commercial outcome while managing associated risk.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support, guidance, and advice to managers and directors.
  • Coaching of managers & management of the disciplinary and grievance process.
  • All HR related procedures and processes, including the recruitment process in its entirety and onboarding.
  • Full maintenance of personnel records both physical and HR software (BrightHR).
  • Prepare payroll for the Finance Director.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified to at least level 5.
  • Experience working in a HR Generalist capacity.
  • Payroll prep experience.
  • Past experience dealing with Employee Relations.
  • Proficient using MS Packages including Word and Excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
