Job Description:This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role that offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures;
- Managing full recruitment processes;
- Overseeing employee relations;
- Maintaining accurate training records;
- Assisting in the development and delivery of employee training and development programs;
- Administering performance management processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in HR management or a similar field;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- A strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
