Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to head our B2B sales team. As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of 8-12 sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with the operations director to set sales goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide coaching and feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the apprenticeships and training industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A competitive salary of up to £40,000, with bonuses taking it over £55,000.
