Lead a Team of Sales Professionals

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to head our B2B sales team. As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of 8-12 sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with the operations director to set sales goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, provide coaching and feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the apprenticeships and training industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
