Lead Generation Executive

**The Role**:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is crucial for expanding our client base and fostering business growth. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for reaching out via phone calls to introduce our products and services, identify customer needs, and generate interest.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from a provided phone list, introducing them to our range of flexible film packaging solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations over the phone to highlight the value and benefits of our products, tailoring the message to the client's specific needs.
- Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities, setting up face-to-face appointments for our Sales Representatives when a higher level of engagement is required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of call activities, lead generation, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to effectively communicate with potential clients.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade over the phone.
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and achieve sales targets.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the packaging industry or willingness to learn quickly.
