Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead our UK Sales team. As a key member of our Senior Leadership team, you will contribute to the development of our UK sales strategy and drive commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and commercial success in the UK market.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to ensure they are equipped to meet their targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including pharmacy chains, wholesalers, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, market access, and product management, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and ensure Teva remains competitive in the UK market.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of the UK pharmaceutical market, including key customers, competitors, and market trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused, with a strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
