Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and commercial success in the UK market.
  • Lead and manage the UK Sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans, priorities, budgets, and performance objectives.
  • Drive achievement of business unit goals by leading on negotiation and implementation of benefit-based programs with key customers.
  • Represent the UK Sales team in the UK Strategic planning cycle, providing insight and guidance to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Significant sales experience in a hands-on environment, including at least five years at 2nd line management level.
  • Substantial experience in the Generics business in the UK.
  • High level negotiation and presentation skills.
  • A proven track record of leadership, mentoring, and coaching to sales management teams and associates.
