The Role

In this Public Support Specialist position, you'll be the public face of a charitable organization, engaging with individuals and securing recurring donations or lottery sign-ups through door-to-door visits in designated areas by postcode.

The Process

We follow a structured hiring process:

  • Candidate evaluation – we assess applications as soon as possible
  • Initial discussion – a member of our team talks to you about your experience and qualifications
  • Virtual interview – a 1-hour video conversation with one of our recruiters
  • Fundraising experience – a 1-hour session accompanying an experienced fundraiser in the field

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be able to work core hours (11am-7pm), particularly during twilight hours (5-7pm). You should have excellent communication skills, be able to build relationships with the public, and work independently to meet targets. Additionally, a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are required.

Compensation and Benefits

You can expect a competitive salary of £23,800 - £25,000, plus an uncapped discretionary bonus (£45,000+ OTE). Other benefits include:
