About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our public sector client in Stoke-on-Trent. As an Infrastructure Support Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing critical IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and troubleshooting ICT support systems
  • Providing technical assistance and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver effective ICT technology services

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in an ICT service desk environment at 2nd, 3rd line - Essential
  • Experience of managing people and projects to deliver effective ICT technology services. - Desirable
  • Experience of working as part of a team- Essential
  • Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Cloud Hosting Systems (Azure). Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL, LAN\/WAN Networking
  • Microsoft MCP, MCSA\/MCSE or CompTIA A+ or BTEC National Diploma for IT Practitioners - Desirable
