About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to join our team at VirtualResource. As a Workday Absence and Time Tracking Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and configure Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules according to client specifications while adhering to best practices and ensuring system optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their business requirements, conduct workshops, and analyze existing processes to propose effective solutions within the Workday framework.
  • Provide expert guidance and support on Workday functionalities, features, and capabilities pertaining to absence management and time tracking, ensuring clients maximize system potential.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Absence and Time Tracking modules with other HR systems and processes, ensuring seamless operations and data flow.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support to maintain the stability and functionality of Workday configurations and integrations.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience with Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management configuration (certification is an advantage)
  • Implemented Workday projects
  • Attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture, pragmatic problem solver
  • Excellent planning, interpersonal, and time management skills with a track record of following through on dedications
  • Fluent in English (writing, reading, and speaking)
What We Offer

As a VR consultant, you will have the flexibility to manage your own day, as long as you meet your set objectives and client demands. You will be working from your home office, connecting with your client and team on a daily basis. We offer a remote work environment, and you will need to be comfortable with video calls and proactive in keeping communication channels open with your client and team.
