About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Adult Care Assistant. As a member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans.
  • Support residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, including medication administration and care activities.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

What We Offer
