
Care Support Worker

About the Role- You'll be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, adhering to best practice and legislative requirements.
- Your focus will be on supporting residents to maintain their skills and personal interests, delivering unique person-centred care that meets individual needs.
- You'll work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care, maintaining up-to-date skills and knowledge through regular training and development opportunities.
We offer a competitive salary of £9.60 per hour, as well as ongoing training and career development opportunities. You'll also benefit from a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme, full uniform, and onsite parking.
What We're Looking For- A caring and compassionate individual who prioritises resident-centred care.
- Experience and NVQ Level 2 are preferred but not essential – what's most important is your passion for delivering excellent care.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
