We are seeking an experienced Carpentry Lecturer to join our Construction team at Moulton College. The role is 3 days per week, working Monday to Wednesday, involving lecturing and training carpentry students, developing programs and materials, and collaborating with a team of Technicians and tutors.

Job Description:
  • Lecture and train carpentry students
  • Develop programs and materials
  • Collaborate with a team of Technicians and tutors
  • Evaluate students' initial support needs and monitor progress

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and training sessions
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance
  • Participate in curriculum development and review
  • Support the recruitment and induction of new staff members
Requirements:
  • A minimum of grade C in GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent)
  • Commitment to and evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Experience of working with young people

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
