Medical Records Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Medical Records Specialist to join our team at Fletchers Solicitors Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for requesting and processing medical records, as well as providing support to our legal teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Requesting medical records and relevant documentation from various organizations
- Reviewing records to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Processing and uploading medical records to our Case Management system
- Archiving and locating stored media
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and client care skills
- Ability to work as a team member and remotely
- Experience with software tools such as Adobe and Microsoft
