Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Shopper Marketing Specialist to join our team at McCormick. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing strategies that drive sales and brand growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement shopper marketing plans that align with our business objectives.
- Manage relationships with key retailers and suppliers to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute in-store promotions, displays, and other shopper marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform marketing strategies and optimize results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in shopper marketing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in shopper marketing or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of FMCG market and shopper marketing touchpoints.
