Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Shopper Marketing Specialist to join our team at McCormick. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing strategies that drive sales and brand growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement shopper marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive sales growth.
- Manage and execute in-store promotions, displays, and other shopper marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive consumer engagement and sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to inform marketing strategies and optimize results.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in shopper marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful shopper marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
