• Develop and execute shopper media plans to drive brand presence in customer environments.

• Manage smaller channels such as Convenience, Discounters, and Ireland, developing equipment solutions and bringing shopper initiatives to life.

• Oversee temporary and permanent equipment for McCormick to empower Field Sales with a visibility and display toolkit.

• Collaborate on strategic projects to influence purchasing behavior, drive in-store activation, and create brand theatre/standout.

• Support team members with PO and budget management, including regular budget tracking.

• Participate in Sales/Marketing/internal and external forums, trade shows, and sampling events as required.

• Engage with agency and supplier relationships to deliver projects on-time and in-full, aligning closely with key account and retailer stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Some experience in FMCG or relevant Shopper Marketing.

• Understanding of the FMCG market and Shopper Marketing touchpoints.

• Analytical and creative thinking.

• Problem-solving and ability to work in a cross-functional team.

• Good communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, listening).

• Influencing skills.

• Quick learner – working with pace & agility.

• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.

• Continuous improvement and growth mindset.
