Shopper Marketing Manager

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop impactful shopper marketing campaigns and strategies for key accounts, ensuring end-to-end campaign management and post-launch evaluation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive customer presentations and regular contact with key accounts.
- Present compelling shopper marketing plans that align with McCormick and retailer strategies.
- Manage the launch of new products and innovation platforms in-store to drive trial and penetration.
- Optimize relationships with third-party agency partners to foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Guide and develop junior team members through delivery of pre-filled shippers and execution of pre-filled displays.
- Manage budgets and investment levels for key accounts, including monthly financial reviews and annual budget planning.
- Promote a 'shopper-first' mindset across the business, considering the shopper in every business decision.
- Effectively interpret industry, category, customer, and shopper data to identify prioritized opportunities for McCormick.
Candidate Profile:
- Relevant experience in FMCG, including shopper, trade, or customer marketing.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to build business relationships and deal with ambiguity.
