Shopper Marketing Manager

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop impactful shopper marketing campaigns strategies for key accounts, following through to execution and post-launch evaluation.
- Be an integral part of the key account team, internally and externally focused, with a focus on media management and customer presentations.
- Own the launch of new products and innovation platforms in store to drive trial and penetration within key accounts.
- Manage relationships with third-party agency partners to foster a collaborative and efficient way of working.
- Guide and develop junior team members through delivery of pre-filled shopper displays and support on execution.
- Manage budgets and investment levels for key accounts, including monthly financial reviews and support for annual budget planning.
- Promote a 'shopper-first' mindset across the business and consider the shopper in every business decision.
- Effectively interpret industry, category, customer, and shopper data to identify opportunities for growth.
Candidate Profile:
- Relevant experience in FMCG, including shopper, trade, or customer marketing, with a history of developing and delivering media plans and campaigns.
- Problem-solving skills, good communication skills, influencing skills, and the ability to build business relationships.
- Quick learner, agility, and the ability to pivot at pace, with creative thinking and a growth mindset.
- Continuous improvement mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
