About Our Nursery- We have a well-established nursery located within the Children's Trust grounds, providing a safe and stimulating environment for 50 children.
- Our experienced team of 18 members is committed to delivering exceptional childcare services, with many staff members having served for over 25 years.
- We offer free parking and excellent public transport links, making it easy for parents to drop off and collect their children.
- You will work closely with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the room and outcomes for children, ensuring a seamless transition from infancy to early education.
- As a key member of our team, you will support the education and development of your assigned children through engaging teaching methods and regular progress updates.
- You will collaborate with colleagues to deliver top-notch care, early education, and maintain consistent performance standards, contributing to our reputation as a leading childcare provider.
- A relevant full-time early years qualification is essential for this role, and we will cover the costs of an Enhanced DBS check.
- You should possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for working with children, ensuring a nurturing environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
