Learning Support Assistant for Children with SEN

We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work with class teachers in supporting a child with special educational needs on a 1:1 basis. This is a term-time only position, with the possibility of extending to full-time hours.
The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with others, as well as demonstrate a commitment to inclusion and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities- To work with class teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans for a child with special educational needs.
- To provide one-to-one support and guidance to the child, enabling them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
- To collaborate with other staff members to ensure that the child's needs are met and that they are fully integrated into the school community.
Estimated Salary: £25,000-£30,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Benefits include pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement, and opportunities for professional development.
