Learning Support Assistant for Children with SEMH

About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop tailored plans for each student.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting children's behavior in the classroom
- Helping children understand teacher instructions
- Working one-on-one or in small groups with learners who require additional support
- Tracking and recording pupil progress
