Job Title: Healthcare Leadership Position

Superior Healthcare is seeking a skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Kent, UK. This full-time role offers flexibility around other commitments and a competitive salary of £41,500.

About the Role

The Clinical Supervisor will organise, conduct, and document in-person observations and supervisions with our team of nurses across Kent. Using their complex care and clinical expertise, they will provide professional support tailored to individual development.

This role involves:

  • Organising, carrying out, and documenting in-person observations, competency sign-offs, and supervisions with nurses
  • Providing professional support, reflection, and learning that contributes to individual development
  • Documenting and reporting all observations, competency sign-offs, and supervisions promptly and in accordance with CQC guidelines and internal protocols
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Registered nurse with an active PIN
  • Experience working with complex care physical health clients in the community
  • Experience conducting supervisions and effectively documenting them
  • A right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence
