Pub Leadership Opportunity: Assistant Manager Position

As a seasoned hospitality professional, you'll be instrumental in driving business success and delivering exceptional customer experiences. At Greene King, our community pubs are at the heart of local life, and we're seeking an accomplished Assistant Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in running similar operations, with a proven track record of leadership, customer service, and team management. You'll work closely with the General Manager to lead by example, inspiring your team to provide outstanding experiences for our customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the General Manager in day-to-day operations and leading the business in their absence
- Bringing our brand to life by delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Acting as a role model for the team, providing training and development opportunities
- Ensuring customer and team safety, upholding high standards at all times
