As a key member of the Shepherd Neame team, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business. This will involve deputising in their absence, driving the delivery of continued growth and customer satisfaction at site, and assisting in the creation of an inclusive culture within the business.

About You

  • Previous experience of leading a team from within the hospitality or service industry is essential
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are required to develop and motivate the team
  • Ability to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
